We recently had moduleo LVT flooring fitted throughout our kitchen/dining room and hallway by Chris and Jason. Communication was great, and the attention to detail was excellent. A lot of effort was put into the subfloor preparation before gluing the LVT, and that extra effort has ensured the perfect finish. The initial quote was accurate and we were able to see examples of flooring in the space to help select colours etc. We're really pleased with the fitting of the floor, Chris and Jason are experts with extremely high standards. They were also really flexible with fitting in with other trades ongoing in the house at the same time. Carpets are also great, they have loads of choice in the showroom and Chris was able to give good advice on the most suitable options for our house (kids/dog/stairs). We have used floor designs for the whole bottom floor of our house. 2 different floors over 2 occasions. They ensured that everything was just right before every step which meant that everything was completed to the highest standard. Chris allowed us to take samples home to see them in daylight and in our room of choice which was really helpful. As you can see from the pictures the floor is absolutely stunning, we’re so pleased. The binding and stair rods complete the look of the carpet and runner, which would not have such a high quality finish without the attention to detail from the fitter. Sarah Currie6 December 2025After a day looking around for glue down LVT, we stopped in at the shop on Graham's road towards the end of the day and so glad we did! An amazing selection - it was hard to choose, so Chris let us take a couple of boards home to try in our room. This was great because what I liked more in the shop wasn't right for the look we were going for in the room. As we were ultimately looking to floor our hall/ living/kitchen and dining in the same flooring, but with a new kitchen planned, Chris recommended ordering all at once to secure the same batch for consistent colouring throughout, but worked with us flexibly, fitting each room according to our project plan. Amanda Smith1 August 2020Can’t recommend this company enough I had previously bought my sitting room carpet from here and wow it was the best carpet I have ever had. 6 years later and only due to a change in colour scheme I asked Chris if he could get me the same carpet in a different colour as the previous one was amazing quality and best price, and after 6 years it was still like new . He managed to sourced it for me. I have also had my dining room done in moduleo and I absolutely love it. I now want my hall kitchen and downstairs toilet done to match This is one of the best companies I have ever used your kept informed about delivery times you choose when suits you for fitting and your not forgotten about after fitting as Chris personally calls to check your happy with everything. I’ll be back in the next few days to choose my daughters new bedroom carpet. Chris has been very attentive and kept us informed at all stages from our first enquiries, ordering and then throughout lockdown until finally laying the floorings. Jason gave us advice about the design and layout of the Moduleo as he has laid this type of flooring many times before which we found very helpful. The main area of each room is laid diagonally with a narrow strip accentuating the edges. Chris and Jason were meticulous about the leveling, the quality of the work is outstanding. We had to move our dates too, due to unforseen circumstances and the guys were so flexible in shuffling things to accommodate us. We opted for Karndean and the finish on the floor is amazing. Rowena McNee22 June 2019We recently moved into our new home. As soon as we arrived at Falkirk Floor Designs to look at flooring , Chris made us feel very welcome in his shop. Our first thoughts were - what an amazing choice and beautiful well stocked shop! Chris is very knowledgeable of his products and gives excellent advice and help when deciding what to choose. Chris gave us all the time we required, he pointed out this is important and shouldn't be rushed - take all the time you need to get it right. Chris kept in touch weekly to keep us up to date to what stage we were at, it was mainly due to our property being a new build and not having a definite move in date. I always pointed out that we were sorry to muck you around, however every time we said this, Chris would say straight away, no worries we will fit you in as soon as you receive a date. Nothing was ever a problem to him. When moving home it can be a stressful time, but Chris made us feel nothing was ever an issue and would always accommodate us. Why would you go anywhere else when you can receive excellent customer service and also support a local business at the same time. It gave us trust and peace of mind knowing we had chosen the correct company after the excellent customer service that we were experiencing at the beginning and throughout our sale. When Jason the fitter arrived, he went through everything throughly before starting the job to make sure we were happy with the way we required our flooring to look. Again a professional job was completed. Well done both guys. Please continue to keep up the excellent customer service and the good job that you both do. Amazing results, a very happy customer. I had looked at different options - vinyl, laminate, wood, and other materials which I was unfamiliar with. The more I looked the more confusing it got. So I kept putting off making a decision. I decided to check out Floor Designs.I had visited their website and was impressed with the work they had undertaken and included photos on their website. On arrival we were greeted by Chris and he gave us some helpful advice and suggestions for flooring. In no time at all a decision was made, measurements were taken and work and materials costed. We recently had an extension done and got a couple of things fitted with the build but have since had to get it refitted. With Falkirk Floor Designs, nothing is too much trouble and the skill and expertise with which they fit your floor shows just how much pride they take in their work. It's definitely a job that won't need redone! They work around what you are looking for and try to enhance your ideas with respect to your budget and we honestly could not be happier with our floors. Most importantly, they value your time and turn up when they say they will with updates if there are unforeseen delays. Could not rate these guys enough. So we visited several Falkirk-based flooring companies and got fed up with poor selection, high prices, and unhelpful service. And then, we chanced upon Floor Designs in Grahams Road Falkirk. What a difference ! A great range of floor coverings at unbelievably affordable prices, including lifting and disposing of old carpets; lifting old and ugly amtico and its bitumastic adhesive; laying new plywood sheeting, and then laying our choice of High Spec but very affordable Moduleo flooring, entirely to our ultimate satisfaction. We experienced a major personal problem during that process when I was hospitalised for 3 weeks leaving my wife to manage the work programme whilst surrounded by other home improvement projects. But Chris Craig and his colleague Jason stepped into that unplanned breach and did everything possible to lessen the burden on my wife for which, I shall be forever grateful. Would I recommend Floor Designs in Grahams Road? You bet I would. Their service from start to finish, and beyond, has been exemplary. And our muddy carpets are now a thing of the past. Thanks guys. After much discussion, Chris suggested I go for Moduleo and I wasn't disappointed. Despite having a relatively uneven floor, Jason performed wonders in laying the moduleo perfectly. The guys were brilliant to deal with from picking what we wanted in the showroom, to calling and checking where we were with our new kitchen installation. They came in and put down the wood, and back in today to lay the LVT floor....we had a couple of concerns with access to hatches under the floor, but they made sure these can be accessed if needed, and you wouldn't know where they are...
