What to have ready.

Tell us the property postcode, rooms involved, existing flooring and the finish you are considering. Photos and floor plans help us understand the job. Mention stairs, new kitchens, building work, access restrictions and any target dates.

What the measure helps establish.

A survey supports the quantity, layout and preparation plan. The team will discuss what can be assessed at the visit and what may need further investigation before a final installation quotation.

Request first. Confirmation follows.

Questions, answered

Before you choose.

Is an online room size enough for a final order?

Approximate sizes are useful for early budgeting. Final quantities can depend on the room shape, carpet width, pattern, laying direction and fitting allowances. Confirm these before ordering.

Can I send plans instead?

Yes. Plans can support an initial discussion and quotation. Tell us whether they are final drawings and whether the rooms have changed; the team will advise if a site visit is needed.
