Over the years, the Cruden Group has built or modernised in excess of 130,000 properties. During this time we’ve gained extensive experience of working with local authorities, Registered Social Landlords and Government bodies, but our expertise also extends to the private sector, with approximately 250 homes developed and marketed under the Cruden Homes brand each year.

Our core area of business is further supported by construction activity within the commercial, leisure, health, retail and education sectors.

The Group’s construction companies, Cruden Building & Renewals and Hart Builders, are amongst a limited number of organisations that retain a combined direct workforce, of more than 500 employees, affording us utmost quality control across our portfolio. This hasn’t gone unnoticed by our clients, which means we enjoy significant levels of repeat business.

As well as our core activities, through the Group’s operational holding company, Cruden Investments, we invest in commercial property and also companies in other industry sectors in order to create a more diverse portfolio of interests to support our key areas of business.
