For specific warranty details, please refer to the warranty documentation provided with your product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The manufacturer\u2019s warranty typically covers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Manufacturing defects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Performance under normal use as outlined in the manufacturer\u2019s terms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The warranty <strong>does not cover<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Color or texture variations, as these are inherent to natural products like wood.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage resulting from improper installation, use, or maintenance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wear and tear caused by normal aging, climate changes, or exposure to sunlight.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installation of defective boards, which should be identified and excluded by the installer prior to fitting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Responsibility for Inspection and Installation<\/strong><br>It is the responsibility of the purchaser and\/or installer to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inspect all flooring materials prior to installation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Avoid installing boards with visible defects, as installation implies acceptance of the product&#8217;s quality.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If boards with visible defects are installed, neither FloorDesigns nor the manufacturer can be held liable for any resulting claims. Always follow the manufacturer&#8217;s installation guidelines to maintain the validity of the warranty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Retailer\u2019s Role<\/strong><br>FloorDesigns acts as a retailer and distributor of flooring products. As such:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Any claims relating to manufacturing defects must be directed to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>FloorDesigns facilitates communication between the customer and the manufacturer but cannot provide warranty coverage or compensation beyond the terms offered by the manufacturer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.
