Moduleo\u2019s rigid-vinyl instructions prohibit a second underlay beneath a product that already has one attached.<\/p><\/div><\/header><div style=\"max-width:860px;padding:24px;margin:auto\"><section><h2>What does the manufacturer say?<\/h2><p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moduleo.com\/en-gb\/luxury-vinyl-flooring\/collections\/layred\">LayRed collection page<\/a> describes its integrated underlay. The <a href=\"https:\/\/cdn2.ivcgroup.com\/-\/media\/imported%20assets\/ivc\/c\/4\/8\/modinstallationlvtrigidenpdf293195.ashx\">rigid installation guide, version 07.2026, page 2<\/a> explicitly rules out an additional underlay for attached-underlay vinyl. That is the relevant instruction\u2014not a generic recommendation for laminate or carpet.<\/p><p>Before ordering, check that the product supplied is the exact LayRed format on your quotation. An accessory described as \u201cextra cushioning\u201d does not become compatible simply because it is sold alongside flooring.<\/p><\/section><section><h2>What if the existing floor is uneven?<\/h2><p>The integrated layer does not cancel the base requirements.
